  • Place the entire dish into the refrigerator and allow it to sit for 2-3 hours.
  • Once the gelatin mixture is set, use a small cookie cutter (like these small heart cookie cutters) to cut out shapes from the gelatine.
  • Cut out the shapes as you desire, or cut out all of the gelatine gummies and arrange them on a plate.
  • Gummies will last in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for up to 3-4 weeks.

Make these delicious and nutritious gelatin gummy snacks that are infused with vitamin C-packed Elderflower tea. The gummies are a great addition to gluten and dairy-free diets, and those following low sugar, or AIP diets. Maple syrup can be subbed for the honey or they can be made with no added sugar.

Notes

Instead of using a cookie cutter to cut out the set gelatine shape, pour your liquid mixture into a silicone mold.
