  • 1 personal watermelon (or about 1/4 of a regular watermelon)
  • 5 sprigs of fresh mint
  • (optional) 1 cup coconut water

How to Make Watermelon and Mint Refresher Popsicles

  1. Scoop out the flesh from one personal watermelon (or about 1/4 of a regular watermelon) using a spoon or melon baller and place it into a blender.

2. Add the leaves from at least 5 sprigs of freshly picked mint to the blender.

3. Blend the watermelon and mint until the content becomes slushy.

4. Pour the purée into silicone popsicle molds and freeze. Once frozen, remove from the molds and enjoy!

Tips for Making Watermelon and Mint Refresher Popsicles

  • For added flavor and beauty, feel free to add more fresh, whole mint leaves to the popsicle molds before pouring in the purée and freezing.
